Title:	Berechnung und Anwendung von Faserbeton.
Abstract:	Faserbeton ist ein Material für spezielle Anwendungen. Durch die räumliche Verteilung und die begrenzte Länge der Fasern wird stets nur ein Teil effektiv genutzt. Faserbeton kann damit also in bezug auf Bruchlasten in der Regel nicht in Konkurrenz zum Stahlbeton treten. Ein sinnvoller Einsatzzweck liegt in der Rißbreitenbeschränkung durch Fasern sowie bei besonders dünnen oder in aggressiver Umgebung befindlichen Bauteilen. Ein weiteres und bisher das wesentliche Einsatzgebiet neben dem Tunnelbau ist der Fußbodenbau. Hier kann es bei günstigen Bodenverhältnissen gelingen, mit relativ kleinen Fasermengen die Gebrauchs- und Tragfähigkeit zu gewährleisten.
