Title:	Schiffshebewerk Niederfinow - Bemessung, Herstellung und Montage des Troges
Abstract:	Die Stahlkonstruktion des Troges für das neue Schiffshebewerk in Niederfinow wurde in einer komplexen Bemessung für die Betriebszustände gewichtsmäßig optimiert. Gleichzeitig mussten verschiedene außergewöhnliche Belastungszustände bei der Dimensionierung berücksichtigt werden. Die hierfür erforderlichen Berechnungen wurden an einem Finite-Elemente-Modell des Troges mit unterschiedlichen Lagerungsbedingungen durchgeführt. Damit die Montage der Gegengewichte nicht für die Bemessung des Troges maßgebend wird, musste ein detailliertes Ballastierungskonzept ausgearbeitet werden. Bei der Fertigung und Montage des Troges waren unter anderem die geringen zulässigen Toleranzen an den Trogenden im Bereich der Drehsegmenttore zu berücksichtigen. Durch fertigungstechnische Maßnahmen und eine anschließende mechanische Bearbeitung wurden diese Vorgaben umgesetzt. Ship lift Niederfinow - Analysis, manufacture and assembly of the trough. The steel structure of the trough for the new ship lift in Niederfinow was optimized regarding its weight by using a complex analysis of the serviceability states. At the same time several special load cases had to be taken into account in the analysis. The analysis was done on a finite element model of the trough with different bearing conditions. In order to avoid that the assembling of the counterweights will be the decisive load case a comprehensive ballasting system had to be developed. During manufacture and assembly of the trough, the low allowable tolerances at the trough ends for the installation of the rotating segment gates were taken into consideration. Manufacturing provisions and a subsequent mobile machining of the relevant plates ensured these requirements.
