Abstract:	Auf der Grundlage von [1-3] wurden neue, sehr kompakte Biegeschlankheitsdiagramme für Einfeld- bzw. Durchlaufbalken entwickelt. Die aus diesen Diagrammen ablesbare Biegeschlankheit erlaubt die einfache Ermittlung einer statischen Höhe, mit der der indirekte Nachweis der Biegeschlankheit gemäß [4, 5] erfolgen kann. Dabei wird vorausgesetzt, dass die auf den betrachteten Unterzug wirkenden Lasten aus der angrenzenden Deckenkonstruktion aus einer Vorbemessung der zugehörigen Platten bekannt sind. Im vorliegenden Aufsatz wird die Entwicklung der Diagramme für Unterzüge skizziert und deren praxisnahe Anwendung beispielhaft aufgezeigt. New span to depth ratio diagrams for beams according to EC2 A set of very compact and new span to depth ratio diagrams for simply supported and continuous beams was established on the basis of [1-3]. The span to depth ratios shown in the diagrams provide a simple method to establish the structural depth required for the indirect proof of the span to depth ratio requirements according to [4, 5]. The diagrams are based on the assumption that the loads acting on the chosen beam have been established through preliminary calculations of the adjacent slabs. The following article describes the development of the diagrams and gives examples for their practical application.
