Abstract:	Aufgabe der Grünbrücken ist eine Wiedervernetzung von Lebensräumen, um die Zerschneidungswirkung von Verkehrswegen zu kompensieren. Aus ihrer Funktion heraus sind Grünbrücken in der Regel in ökologisch sensiblen Gebieten erforderlich, die sich im Umkreis stark befahrener Verkehrswege befinden. Die Errichtung einer Grünbrücke bedeutet im Gegensatz zu ihrem Schutzziel einerseits einen starken Eingriff in gerade diesen sensiblen, oftmals geschützten Raum und andererseits eine Beeinträchtigung des Verkehrs der betroffenen Verkehrswege während der Bauzeit. Der Entwurf und der Bau eines Bauwerks in diesem Spannungsfeld werden im Folgenden beschrieben. Green bridges from prefabricated arch-segments Green bridges aim at relinking habitats to compensate for the dissection effect of traffic routes. Resulting from this function, green bridges are usually needed in ecologically sensitive areas, which are situated in the vicinity of highly frequented traffic routes. Contrary to its protective purpose, the construction of a green bridge on the one hand represents a drastic intervention into these delicate, mostly protected areas and on the other hand a disturbance of traffic on the concerned routes. Considering this area of conflict, the design and construction of a green bridge are described below.
