Abstract:	Es wird ein Vertragsmodell für konventionelle Tunnelvortriebe vorgestellt, das es erlaubt, neben den seither praktizierten Einheitspreisverträgen, auch unter Einbeziehung möglicher Baugrundrisiken innerhhalb eines festgelegten Spektrums einen Pauschalvertrag zu vereinbaren, ohne das vertragliche Risiko einseitig zu verlagern. Darüber hinaus werden neben den Grundsatzfragen einer rechtskonformen Vertragsgestaltung auch die speziellen Probleme des Baugrundrisikos bei Tunnelbauwerken sowie die Grundelemente des bisherigen Einheitspreisvertrags aufgezeigt.
