Abstract:	Der Wärme- und Kälteschutz von betriebstechnischen Anlagen in der Industrie und in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung ist eine wesentliche Komponente bei der Reduzierung von Energieverlusten und ermöglicht den Betreibern die Anlage energieeffizient zu nutzen. Die VDI-Richtlinie 4610 Blatt 1 “Energieeffizienz betriebstechnischer Anlagen - Aspekte des Wärme- und Kälteschutzes” ist das Grundlagendokument dafür. Hier sind zur Klassifizierung von technischen Dämmsystemen sieben Energieeffizienzklassen definiert. In Deutschland werden die Dämmschichtdicken für Rohrleitungen von Heizungsanlagen als Bestandteil der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in der Energieeinsparverordnung (EnEV) vorgeschrieben. Aus der Anwendung der VDI 4610 Blatt 1 auf Rohrdämmungen ergeben sich mögliche Weiterentwicklungen der EnEV in Bezug auf die Energieeffizienz und die Berücksichtigung von anlagenbedingten Wärmebrücken. Energy efficiency classes of the German VDI 4610 applied to pipe insulation. The thermal and cold insulation of industrial installations in industry and in building equipment is an essential component in reducing energy losses and allows operators to use the facility energy efficient. The German VDI guideline 4610 Part 1 “Energy efficiency of industrial installations - Aspects of thermal insulations” is the basic document here. In this are defined for classifying technical insulation systems seven energy efficiency classes. In Germany, the insulation thickness for pipes of heating systems as part of the technical building equipment is regulated in the German Energy Saving Regulation (EnEV). The application of the German VDI 4610 Part 1 on pipe insulation showing possible further developments of the EnEV in terms of energy efficiency and consideration of installation related thermal bridges.
