Abstract:     
 
An unter Variation der Zerfaserungsbedingungen hergestelltem Faserstoff und an Holzfaserdämmplatten wurde die Wärmeleitfähigkeit bestimmt, um das Dämmverhalten der Faserplatten zu optimieren. Die Faserstoffe wurden dazu thermisch nachvergütet. Durch nachträgliche Wärmebehandlung kann eine Reduzierung der Gleichgewichtsfeuchte und damit auch der Wärmeleitzahl erreicht werden.

Investigation of the influence of subsequent thermal treatment on the insulation characteristics of wood fibre.
From wood fibres, produced under different conditions at the defibration the thermal conductivity has been tested. Thermal treatment of wood fibres was shown to be suitable to improve the thermal conductivity. The moisture content and therefore the thermal conductivity was reduced after thermal treatment.
