Abstract:	Beton ist der am häufigsten eingesetzte Baustoff in der Abwassertechnik aufgrund seiner ausgezeichneten Anpassungsfähigkeit an alle statischen, konstruktiven und betrieblichen Erfordernisse. Diesen Vorteilen gegnüber steht die nicht immer ausreichende Korrosionsbeständigkeit des Betons. Kunststoffauskleidungen weisen über die genormte chemische Widerstandsfähigkeit hinaus eine sehr glatte Oberfläche, verbunden mit geringer Inkrustationsneigung und ein äußerst günstiges Abriebverhalten auf. Diese bewährte Kombination von Beton und Kunststoff in Form eines Verbundsystems gewährleistet dichte und damit langfristig sichere Abwasseranlagen und dient somit dem dauerhaften Umweltschutz.
