Abstract:	Ingenieurbautechnische Aufgabenstellungen sind aufgrund ihrer spezifischen Eigenschaften dazu prädestiniert, Uneinigkeiten unter den Beteiligten hervorzurufen. Die Handhabung dieser Uneinigkeiten sowie die Beilegung daraus entstehender Baustreitigkeiten sind integraler Bestandteil der baubetrieblichen Aufgabenstellung. Von der Effizienz der Verfahren, die zur Bewältigung dieser Aufgabenstellung angewendet werden, hängt meist der Gesamterfolg einer Baumaßnahme ab. Vor dem Hintergund des Zeit- und Kostenrisikos eines Rechtsstreits ist es notwendig, effiziente Verfahren zur gütlichen Beilegung von Baustreitigkeiten zu entwickeln.
