Abstract:	Beim Ersatzimperfektionsverfahren zur Bemessung stabilitätsgefährdeter Stahlbauteile sind unter Berücksichtigung von Vorkrümmungen und Schiefstellungen Schnittgrößen nach Theorie II. Ordnung zu bestimmen und adäquate Querschnittsnachweise zu führen. Gegenwärtige Ersatzimperfektionsansätze berücksichtigen keine Torsionsbeanspruchung. Der vorliegende Beitrag beabsichtigt eine Ingenieurmethode zur Ermittlung von Ersatzimperfektionen stabförmiger Stahlbauteile unter Normalkraft-, Biege- und Torsionsbeanspruchung zu entwickeln. Bemessungswerte der Vorkrümmungen werden auf der Grundlage sowohl der Abminderungsfaktoren nach Anhang A der EN 1993-6 als auch Ergebnissen numerischer Simulationen abgeleitet. Damit wird der zunehmenden computergestützten Bemessungspraxis für biegedrillknickgefährdete Stahlbauteile auf der Grundlage des Ersatzimperfektionsverfahrens Rechnung getragen. Equivalent initial imperfections for steel members subjected to axial force, bending and torsion. The equivalent gometrical imperfection method uses internal forces according to 2nd order theory considering the effects of initial bow and sway imperfections and suitable cross section verification methods for the design of steel members. Common approaches for equivalent initial imperfections do not consider torsional effects. This paper aims at developing a generic framework for determining equivalent initial imperfections for steel members subjected to combined axial compression, bending moments and torsional loads. Member resistances based on both the equivalent member method given in Annex A of EN 1993-6 and results of numerical simulations are used for determining equivalent initial imperfections. The generic approach developed in this paper helps providing basic requirements for state-of-the-art computer-based design of steel structures.
