Abstract:	Kraftwerksblöcke der hier beschriebenen Bauart und Größe mit Dampfleistungen von 1500 bis 2000 t/h und 500 bis 700 MW elektrischer Leistung werden etwa seit dem Jahre 1970 in Deutschland entwickelt und gebaut. Die ersten Blöcke gingen 1973 in Betrieb. Nach anfänglich reger Bautätigkeit war die weitere Entwicklung durch Schwierigkeiten bei den Genehmigungsverfahren geprägt. Die Entwicklung hängt wesentlich von den Möglichkeiten eines wirkungsvollen Umweltschutzes incl. Entstaubung und Entschwefelung ab. Beschrieben wird hier das Kesselgerüst, die Schnittkraftermittlung der Tragkonstruktio, die Konstruktion, Statik und Konstruktion der Kesseldecke, Erdbebenberechnung, Bühnen des Kesselhauses, Nebengebäude sowie Fertigung und Montage.
