| Abstract: | Zum Titelbild Anhand des aktuell entstehenden S-Bahntunnels im Projekt Gateway Gardens Los 2 am Flughafen Frankfurt wurden die entwickelten Methoden hinsichtlich der Praxistauglichkeit untersucht. Neben der 4-D-Generalablaufplanung wurde auch eine 4-D-Lean-Prozessoptimierung evaluiert, denn die BIM-Planungsmethode befindet sich aktuell im Infrastrukturbau - insbesondere in Verbindung mit dem Realisierungsprozess - noch in der Erprobungsphase.
