Title:	Entwicklung und Evaluation von BIM-4-D-Methoden am Beispielprojekt Gateway Gardens Los 2, Frankfurt/Main
Abstract:	Die BIM-Planungsmethode befindet sich aktuell im Infrastrukturbau - insbesondere in Verbindung mit dem Realisierungsprozess - noch in der Erprobungsphase. Die Elementierung des 3-D-Bauwerksmodells erfolgt gegenwärtig noch individuell. Die Erweiterung des 3-D-Bauwerksmodells in die Bauablaufplanung (4-D) bedingt kongruente Attributdefinitionen in der Planungsphase. Voraussetzung für eine durchgängige Methode ist der konsistente Softwareeinsatz. Anhand des aktuell entstehenden S-Bahntunnels im Projekt Gateway Gardens Los 2 am Flughafen Frankfurt wurden die entwickelten Methoden hinsichtlich der Praxistauglichkeit untersucht. Neben der 4-D-Generalablaufplanung wurde auch eine 4-D-Lean-Prozessoptimierung evaluiert. Currently, the elementation of the 3-D building model is done individually. The expansion of the 3-D building model into the construction planning (4-D) requires congruent attribute definitions in the planning phase. Prerequisite for a consistent method is the consistent use of software. The practical suitability of methods developed was tested on the railway tunnel currently being constructed in the Gateway Gardens Lot 2 project at Frankfurt Airport. In addition to the 4-D general process planning, a 4-D lean process optimization was also evaluated.
