Abstract:	Zum Titelbild Digitales Planen, Bauen und Betreiben im Infrastrukturbau Verfügbarkeitsmodell A 10/A24 - Die BIM-basierte Methode der Projektabwicklung befindet sich aktuell im Infrastrukturbau noch in der Erprobung. Das Projekt Verfügbarkeitsmodell A 10/A 24 ist das erste Pilotprojekt, bei dem Planung, Ausführung und Erhaltung mit BIM aus einer Hand erfolgen. Es wurde von der Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und bau GmbH (DEGES), in Vertretung des Lands Brandenburg und der Bundesrepublik Deutschland an das Konsortium Havellandautobahn vergeben. Das Besondere: Der BIM-Ansatz ist in die operativen Prozesse bis in die Erhaltung integriert. Dies geht über die Erfahrungen der bisherigen Pilotprojekte des Bundesministeriums für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur (BMVI) hinaus.
