Title:	Hebungsinjektion beim Tunnel Oberau
Abstract:	Im Zuge des Neubaus der Ortsumfahrung von Oberau wird ein knapp 3 km langer, zweiröhriger Tunnel errichtet. Zwischen den Gebirgsstöcken Kirchbichl und Mühlberg verläuft der Tunnel im Gießenbachtal in fluvialen Ablagerungen und unterhalb einer setzungsempfindlichen Bebauung. Die Überdeckung beträgt in diesen Bereichen ca. 10 m. Beim Unterfahren der Gebäude und Industriehallen waren zur Sicherung und Gewährleistung der Standsicherheit Hebungsinjektionen erforderlich. Mit einem innovativen, webbasierten Injektionsdatenmanagementsystem wurde die Hebungsmaßnahme überwacht, gesteuert und dokumentiert. Der Bericht beschreibt, wie die Bohr- und Injektionsarbeiten ausgeführt wurden. Die vortriebsbedingten Setzungen konnten schadensfrei ausgeglichen werden. Execution of compensation grouting at the tunnel Oberau In the course of the construction of the new bypass of Oberau in Germany, a twin-tube tunnel with a length of almost 3 km is currently under construction. Inbetween the rock massif Kirchbichl and Mühlberg the tunnel underruns settlement-sensitive buildings in the Gießenbachtal, which is covered by fluvial deposits. The overburden is approximately 10 m above the tunnel crown. The buildings and industrial halls within the perimeter of the tunnel alignment demand a compensation grouting measure to ensure and guarantee the stability of the infrastructure. An advanced web-based grouting data management system was used for the monitoring, steering and documentation of the grouting process. The report describes the execution of the drilling and grouting works. The settlements out of the tunnel drive could be compensated without damage.
