Die beweglichen Strukturen an Schleusen und Stauanlagen sind Bauteile, die sich an der Schnittlinie zwischen Maschinenbau und Bauwesen befinden. Diese Stahlwasserbauten haben besondere Anforderungen an die Abwicklung. Dies beginnt mit der technischen Bearbeitung - es sind unterschiedliche Lagerungszustände, unterschiedliche statische Systeme und Bewegungen zu berücksichtigen, Schwingungsanregungen stellen ebenfalls eine Herausforderung dar. Die Behandlung dieser Randbedingungen in einem Planungsprozess führt dazu, dass Stahlwasserbauten zu den aufwendigsten Tragstrukturen gehören. Hier wird von den allgemeinen Randbedingungen von Wehranlagen und im Besonderen dieses Projekts berichtet. Dabei werden die daraus resultierenden Strukturen vom Oberwasserrevisionsverschluss zur Baugrubenumschließung und dem eigentlichen Wehrkörper betrachtet. Die durchgängige Bearbeitung mit BIM bietet für diese Klasse von Bauwerken spezifische Chancen und Randbedingungen, deren Lösungsansätze hier gezeigt werden.

The movable structures on locks and weirs are components located at the interface between mechanical and civil engineering. The handling requirements of hydraulic steel structures are special. It starts with technical processing - different bearing conditions, different static systems and movements are to be considered; vibration may also be a challenge. Dealing with these conditions in a planning process makes hydraulic steel structures the most complex supporting structures. The following is a report on the general conditions relating to weirs and especially the given project. The resulting structures ranging from the upstream inspection gate to the construction pit confinement and the actual weir body are contemplated. The consistent application of BIM offers specific opportunities and conditions for this category of structures; approaches for solutions are described below.
