Title:	Additive Fertigung im Betonbau: aktueller Stand
Abstract:	Die Umsetzung innovativer Konzepte, wie digitale Betonherstellung und Prozessautomatisierung, könnte zu einer Steigerung der Produktivität und zu einer Verringerung des Materialbedarfs im Betonsektor führen. Die wissenschaftliche Fachwelt hat dieses Potenzial erkannt, sodass das globale Interesse und die Anzahl der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten zu diesem Thema exponentiell zunehmen. Aktuell werden bereits weltweit hochwertige digitale Fertigungskonzepte entwickelt und erfolgreich zum Drucken einiger Pilotprojekte eingesetzt. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die bekanntesten additiven Fertigungsverfahren im Betonbau und wesentliche Fallstudien. Darüber hinaus werden die offenen technischen und technologischen Fragen diskutiert. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung praktischer Lösungen und deren Umsetzung im Betonsektor. Additive manufacturing with concrete: the way toward practical implementation Implementation of digital technologies such as additive concrete manufacturing and process automation has a potential to change standard concrete processing. The innovative manufacturing technologies could be a solution to the existing productivity and environmental issues that the concrete sector is facing. The research community recognized this potential, so the global interest and the number of R&D activities on this topic are rising exponentially. The sophisticated digital solutions are being developed and validated in pilot projects worldwide. This article will give an overview of the existing additive manufacturing technologies with concrete and show some noticeable case studies. We will discuss open technical and technological questions, with focus on the way towards devel-opment of practical solutions and their implementation in the concrete sector.
