Abstract:	Im Zuge der Bundesgartenschau 2021 erfolgt die Neu- und Umgestaltung des Landschaftsparks “Nördliche Geraaue”. Im nördlichen Erfurter Stadtteil Gispersleben wurde in diesem Zusammenhang eine neue Fußgänger- und Radwegquerung über den Fluss Gera erforderlich. Als Teil des idyllischen Kilianiparks sollte das Bauwerk neben ingenieurtechnischen auch höchsten ästhetischen Anforderungen genügen. Der Brückenneubau wurde daher als außergewöhnliches Bogentragwerk mit abgehängter Fahrbahn konzipiert. Den zentralen Bereich des Bauwerks bildet ein imposanter, das Brückendeck diagonal kreuzender und 36 m spannender Einzelbogen. Der Bogen und das sehr schlanke Brückendeck sind durch zehn Hänger miteinander verbunden, welche gegenläufig und harfenförmig angeordnet sind und somit ein optisch äußerst ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild garantieren. Der vorliegende Beitrag berichtet über die Konstruktion und die bauliche Umsetzung des Brückenbauwerks. New construction of a pedestrian bridge in the Geraaue landscape park in Erfurt In the course of the Federal Garden Show 2021 the landscape park “Nördliche Geraaue” is redesigned. In this context in the northern part of Erfurt, Gispersleben, a new pedestrian bridge which cross the river Gera was required. As a part of the idyllic Kilianipark, the structure should meet the highest aesthetic requirements in addition to engineering standards. The new bridge was therefore designed as an extraordinary arched structure with a suspended bridge deck. The central area of the bridge is an impressive single arch that crosses the bridge deck diagonally and spans 36 m. The arch and the very slender bridge deck are connected by ten hangers, which are arranged in opposite directions and harp-shaped. This guarantees an extremely attractive appearance. This paper reports on the design and the construction of the bridge structure.
