Title:	Deckeninstandsetzung bei Erhalt der Vorspannung unter laufendem Betrieb - Abschnittsweise Instandsetzung der documenta Tiefgarage
Abstract:	Zu Beginn der 1990er Jahre wurde mit dem Bau der documenta-Halle in Kassel zeitgleich zentrumsnaher Parkraum durch den Bau eines zweigeschossigen Parkbaus unterhalb des Friedrichsplatzes geschaffen. Die Geschoss- und Zwischendecken wurden einaxial vorgespannt im Zustand I bemessen. Eine Bauwerksprüfung und Begutachtung in den Jahren 2014/15 zeigte deutliche Korrosionsschäden sowie ein ausgeprägtes Rissbild. Vergussbetone nach der Vergussbetonrichtlinie des DAfStb [1] sind seit vielen Jahren etablierte Spezialbaustoffe, die seit 2014 durch die 3. Berichtigung der Instandsetzungsrichtlinie des DAfStb [2] für Betoninstandsetzungsarbeiten eingesetzt werden können. Besondere Vorteile bieten Vergussbetone in der Instandsetzung im Vergleich zur Verwendung von Betonen nach DIN EN 206-1/DIN 1045-2 [3, 4] z. B. bei geringen Platzverhältnissen, Arbeitsausführung bei laufendem Betrieb, aufgrund des deutlich geringeren Reinigungsaufwands und der schnellen Festigkeitsentwicklung. Der folgende Beitrag stellt die Ergebnisse der Bauwerksbegutachtung, das daraus entwickelte Instandsetzungskonzept und die Ausführung der Arbeiten vor. Voraussetzung der Instandsetzung war es, die Arbeiten unter Erhalt der Vorspannung sowie bei weiterlaufendem Betrieb des Parkhauses durchzuführen. Aufgrund o. g. Vorteile kam in diesem Fall Vergussbeton nach der Vergussbetonrichtlinie zum Einsatz, deren wichtigste Eigenschaften und Besonderheiten bei der Instandsetzung ebenfalls beleuchtet werden. The floor was designed as uniaxially prestressed without cracks. An inspection of the structure and a renewed assessment in 2014/15 revealed significant corrosion damage and pronounced cracking. Grout concretes in accordance with the DAfStb grouting guideline [1] are established as special building materials since many years, and since 2014 they can be used for concrete repair work based on the 3rd amendment to the DAfStb maintenance guideline [2]. Compared to the use of concretes according to DIN EN 206-1/DIN 1045-22 [3, 4], grouting concretes offer particular advantages in repair, e.g. in case of limited space conditions, work execution during ongoing operation, due to the significantly lower cleaning effort and the rapid strength development. The following article presents the results of the structural assessment, the repair concept developed from it and the execution of the work. The prerequisite for the rehabilitation was to carry out the work while maintaining the prestressing with the parking space still in operation. Due to the above-mentioned advantages, grouted concrete was used in this case in accordance with the grouted concrete guideline, the most important properties and special features of which will also be discussed.
