Title:	levelup - Modulare Aufstockung und Sanierung von Wohnblocks
Abstract:	Das Team levelup der TH Rosenheim hat sich im Rahmen des SDE 21/22 das Ziel gesetzt, mittels Aufstockung den urbanen Raum nachzuverdichten. Hauptaugenmerk ist hierbei die Schaffung neuen Wohnraums mit einer energetischen Sanierung zum Plusenergiegebäude zu kombinieren. Erreicht wird dies durch ein Energiekonzept mit PV- und PVT-Kollektoren, Absorptionswärmepumpe und einer Fassadenheizung. Der bauphysikalische Schwerpunkt in diesem Bericht liegt bei einer Sanierungsfassade mit thermischer Aktivierung der Bestandswand. levelup - Modular storey addition and refurbishment of appartment blocks Within the framework of SDE21/22, the levelup team of the TH Rosenheim has set itself the goal of increasing the density of urban space by adding storeys. The main focus here is to combine the creation of new living space with an energetic renovation into a plus-energy building. This is achieved through an energy concept with PV and PVT collectors, an absorption heat pump and façade heating. The building physics focus in this report is on a façade renovation with thermal activation of the existing wall.
