Title:	Aktionsplan zur modellbasierten Baulogistikplanung - Die Implementierung BIM-basierter Planungsmethoden in die Fachdisziplin Baulogistik erfordert Handlungsbedarf
Abstract:	Seit November 2020 haben sich die Zeppelin Rental GmbH und das Institut für Bauwirtschaft und Baubetrieb der TU Braunschweig in gemeinsamer Forschungsarbeit der Fragestellung gewidmet, wie sich baulogistische Planungsprozesse für Hochbauten durch die BIM-Methode verändern und durch die Nutzung digitaler Bauwerksmodelle optimiert werden können. Auf Grundlage der erzielten Forschungsergebnisse ist Ende Juni 2022 dieser Aktionsplan entstanden. Der Plan sieht erforderliche Handlungsschritte vor, die zur Implementierung der modellbasierten Baulogistikplanung zu berücksichtigen sind. Action plan for model-based construction logistics planning Since November 2020, Zeppelin Rental GmbH and the Institute for Construction Management and Construction Operations at the Technical University of Braunschweig have been working in close collaboration to investigate how construction logistics planning processes can be changed by the BIM method and optimized through the use of digital building models. Based on the research results, this action plan was developed at the end of June 2022. It provides necessary steps that need to be taken into account in order to increase the implementation of model-based construction logistics planning.
