Die Lennetalbrücke gehört zu den großen Talbrücken der A45. Aufgrund des gestiegenen Verkehrsaufkommens und des baulichen Zustands der Bestandsbrücke war die Notwendigkeit eines Ersatzneubaus gegeben. Um den Verkehr während der Bauzeit möglichst wenig einzuschränken, wurde der neue Überbau für eine Fahrtrichtung in Seitenlage hergestellt und im Anschluss durch einen Querverschub an die endgültige Position gebracht. Mit einer Länge von fast 1000 m handelt es sich bei der Lennetalbrücke - bezogen auf die Brückenlänge - um den größten Querverschub, der bisher in Deutschland realisiert wurde. In diesem Beitrag wird auf die Besonderheiten bei Planung und Ausführung des Querverschubs eingegangen.

Transverse sliding of the 985 m long steel Lennetal bridge
The Lennetal bridge is one of the major viaducts on the A45. Due to the increased traffic volume and the structural condition of the existing bridge, it was necessary to build a new bridge. In order to restrict traffic as little as possible during the construction period, the new superstructure was built for one direction of traffic in a lateral position and then moved to its final position by means of a transverse sliding. With a length of almost 1000 m, the Lennetal bridge is - in relation to the bridge length - the largest transverse sliding that has been realised in Germany so far. This paper deals with the special features of the planning and execution of the transverse sliding.
