Abstract:	Im Rahmen des AiF-Projekts “Stabbündelstützen mit hochfestem Bewehrungsstahl” wurde das Tragverhalten von Stabbündelstützen bei Raumtemperatur und im Brandfall untersucht. Stabbündelstützen sind eine neue Art von Verbundstützen. Hierzu wird ein Bündel aus hochfesten Bewehrungsstäben mit einer Streckgrenze von 670 MPa in ein Stahlrohr eingestellt und anschließend mit Mörtel verpresst. Das Bündel kann aus 1, 3, 7 oder 19 Stäben bestehen. Um das Tragverhalten zu analysieren, wurden relevante Materialparameter im Kalt- und im Brandfall bestimmt. Anschließend wurden großmaßstäbliche Knickversuche unter Raumtemperatur und im Brandfall durchgeführt. Unter Berücksichtigung der erzielten Ergebnisse wurde ein FE-Modell erstellt und kalibriert. Auf dieser Basis wurde ein Bemessungskonzept ausgearbeitet. Bar bundle columns are a new type of composite columns. To this purpose, a bundle of high-strength reinforcing bars with a yield strength of 670 MPa is placed in a steel tube and then grouted with mortar. The bundle can consist of 1, 3, 7 or 19 bars. To analyze the load-bearing behavior, relevant material parameters were determined in cold and in fire conditions. Subsequently, large-scale buckling tests were carried out under room temperature and in fire case. Considering the obtained results, an FE model was created and calibrated. On this basis, a design concept was developed.
