Abstract:	Für die Bewertung der Verarbeitbarkeit von Frischbetonen ist die gängige Konsistenzprüfung (Ausbreitmaß, Verdichtungsmaß) in den meisten Fällen ausreichend. In bestimmten Fällen, z. B. bei einer anschließenden Oberflächenbearbeitung (Flügelglätten), zeigte sich in der Praxis vielfach, dass Frischbetone mit bestimmten PCE-Fließmitteln klebriger sind als andere, wodurch die Bearbeitung der Oberfläche durch maschinelles Flügelglätten erheblich erschwert werden kann. Demzufolge wäre es hilfreich, wenn bereits bei der Frischbetonprüfung auf der Baustelle weitergehende quantitative Informationen zur Klebrigkeit des Frischbetons generiert werden könnten. Im Rahmen umfangreicher Versuchsreihen wurden zur praxisgerechten Erfassung der dafür relevanten rheologischen Eigenschaften der Frischbetone zum einen der konventionelle Ausbreitversuch modifiziert (gestuftes Ausbreitmaß) und zum anderen ein Kugeleinsinkversuch weiterentwickelt. In certain cases, e. g. in the case of a subsequent surface treatment (helicopter smoothing), it has often been shown in practice that fresh concretes with certain PCE superplasticisers are stickier than others, which can make the treatment of the surface by mechanical helicopter smoothing considerably more difficult. Consequently, it would be helpful if further quantitative information on the stickiness of the fresh concrete could already be generated during the fresh concrete testing at the construction site. Within extensive test series, the conventional slump-flow test has been modified (stepped slump-flow test) and a ball-sinking test was optimized in order to check the relevant rheological parameters of the fresh concrete.
