Abstract:	Eine verheerende Flut im Ahrtal im Juli 2021 forderte 134 Todesopfer und verursachte massive Schäden an der Infrastruktur, auch an den Brücken. Die Flutwelle wurde durch eine Kombination von Faktoren verursacht, darunter starke Niederschläge, ein großes Einzugsgebiet, gesättigte Böden, enge Täler und Schieferhänge. Die zahlreichen Brückenbauwerke wirkten teilweise als vorübergehender Damm, der schließlich unter der Belastung des Wassers und Geschiebes versagte und weggerissen wurde, wodurch sich der ohnehin schon flutartige Abfluss der Ahr zu einer Flutwelle kumulierte. Rund 60 Brückenbauwerke wurden zerstört - allein in der Stadt Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler waren es 23 von 25 Brücken. Als schnelle, hilfreiche Lösung für die betroffenen Bürger wurden zwischenzeitlich einige Behelfsbrücken errichtet, um die Planungs- und Bauzeit für neue dauerhafte Bauwerke zu überbrücken. In diesem Beitrag wird über diese Behelfsbrücken und deren Konstruktion berichtet. The temporary bridges over the Ahr A devastating flood in the Ahr valley in July 2021 claimed 134 lives and caused massive damage to the infrastructure, including bridges. The flood wave was caused by a combination of factors, including heavy rainfall, a large catchment area, saturated soils, narrow valleys, and slate slopes. The numerous bridge structures partially acted as a temporary dam, which eventually failed and was washed away under the pressure of water and debris, causing the already flood-like flow of the Ahr river to accumulate into a flood wave. Around 60 bridges were destroyed, and in the town of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler alone, 23 out of 25 bridges were destroyed. In order to quickly provide helpful solutions for the affected citizens, some temporary bridges had to be erected to bridge the planning and construction time for new permanent structures. This article reports on these temporary bridges and their construction.
