Abstract:	Eine geregelte betriebliche Organisation gilt von jeher als eine der Voraussetzungen für die qualifizierte und wirtschaftliche Bauausführung. Normen zum Qualitätsmanagement nach DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. stellen eine Hilfestellung bei der Strukturierung von Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation dar und machen Vorgaben zur Dokumentation des betrieblichen Managementsystems. Sinnvoll ist dabei die strikte Orientierung an vorhandenen betrieblichen Prozeßabläufen, um möglichst praxisorientierte und damit anwendbare Vorgabedokumentationen zu erstellen. Die unter rechtlichen, wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftspolitischen Gesichtspunkten wichtige Einbindung von Vorgaben des Umweltschutzes und der Arbeitssicherheit wird empfohlen.
