Abstract:	Das neue Berechnungsverfahren geht von der Beobachtung aus, daß sich beim Erreichen der Traglast mit maßgebendem Querschnitt der schlanken Stütze ein Fließgelenk bildet. Da der plastische Drehwinkel näherungsweise eine Materialkonstante ist, kann sowohl die Auslenkung des Fließgelenks als auch die Traglast einer schlanken Stütze mühelos berechnet werden.
