Abstract:	Infolge geänderter abfallrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen ist heute in den meisten Fällen nur noch ein selektiver Rückbau mit strenger Materialseparation möglich. Bei Wohnbauten stellt diese Vorgehensweise in der Regel auch die wirtschaftlichste Lösung dar. Hier wird die Kostenfrage bei Industriebauten mit Schadstoffbelastungen untersucht. An einem Beispiel wird gezeigt, daß auch bei stark belasteten Industriestandorten durch eine Separation hohe Kosten eingespart werden können.
