Abstract:	Es werden die Einsatzgebiete des Stahlbeton- und Spannbetonbaus bei der Errichtung von Wärmekraftwerken geschildert. Die erforderlichen Kraftwerkskomponenten für konventionelle Energiegewinnung aus fossilen Brennstoffen und für Kernkraftwerksbauten werden beschrieben. Insbesondere für Reaktorgebäude werden die sicherheitstechnischen Aspekte für Lastfälle wie Flugzeugaufprall und Erdbeben untersucht.
