Abstract:	Ferrozement ist bekannt als Werkstoff für dünnwandige, in der Regel 10 bis 20 mm dicke Bauteile. Er besteht aus Zementmörtel mit darin eingebetteten Maschendrahtlagen. Der Autor beschreibt die Tragwirkung des Werkstoffs und gibt Bemessungshilfen für die Berechnung von Bauteilen aus Ferrozement. Die Möglichkeiten des Ferrozements werden anhand beeindruckender Bauwerke erläutert.
