Abstract:	Im zweiten Teil des Artikels wird über Wettbewerb, Entwurf und Vergabe der Südbrücke Oberhavel berichtet. Die Beschreibung des Bauwerksentwurfes unter besonderer Beachtung der statisch-konstruktiven Umsetzung des Entwurfsgedankens und der Probleme der Bauwerksdynamik stehen im Mittelpunkt des Artikels. Dazu werden sowohl allgemeine Überlegungen als auch die konkrete Umsetzung bei der Südbrücke Oberhavel durch Einsatz von Feder-Dämpfer-Lagern erläutert. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt bildet die Beschreibung der aus der schwierigen Baugrundsituation resultierenden Tiefgründen.
