Abstract:	Das Donaukraftwerk Freudenau befindet sich im Naherholungsgebiet von Wien. Dementsprechend wurde auf die architektonische Gestaltung der verschiedenen Bauwerke besonderes Augenmerk gelegt. Im folgenden Beitrag werden der Ausschreibungsentwurf der Stahlkonstruktion für das Krafthaus, das Großrohr sowie der Verbundkonstruktion für den Fuß- und Fahrradweg mit zugehörigem Flugdach beschrieben. Die Ausführung der Deckenträger der Verbundkonstruktion für den Fuß- und Fahrradweg erfolgte gemäß einem Variantenentwurf der ausführenden Firma, bei dem neben Gewichtseinsparung eine Optimierung der Fertigung und Montage erzielt werden konnte.
