Title:	Tragwerksplanung im Spannungsfeld von Denkmalschutz und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
Abstract:	Mit OBERBAUM City entsteht derzeit in Berlin-Friedrichshain ein attraktiver Standort für Dienstleistungen, Handel und Gewerbe auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen DDR-Glühlampenfabrik NARVA (bis 1948 OSRAM). Oberstes Gebot bei Revitalisierung und Umbau des um 1906 erbauten Gebäudes 4 war die vollständige Erhaltung der denkmalgeschützen Fassade. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt die komplexen Bauabläufe und Zwangspunkte der Konstruktion, die sich aus den Auflagen des Denkmalschutzes zur Fassadensicherung einerseits und den Anforderungen des Bauherrn hinsichtlich der Wirtschaftlichkeit andererseits ergeben.
