Abstract:	Für das Schubtragverhalten von schubschlanken Balken ohne Schubbewehrung gibt es kein allgemein anerkanntes Versagensmodell, so daß sich in den jeweiligen Normen in der Regel auch nur empirische Formeln befinden. Mit der Erschließung neuer Anwendungsbereiche, z. B. hochfester Beton, Faserbeton, zeigt sich jedoch, daß diese empirischen Beziehungen dafür nicht anwendbar sind und damit ihre Gültigkeit verlieren. Nach wie vor ist es daher notwendig, das Schubversagen mechanisch modellieren zu können. Hier werden dieses Versagensmodell [2] und ein darauf basierendes Bemessungsmodell vorgestellt.
