Abstract:	Im Zentrum von Magdeburg ließ die Maritim-Hotelkette ein neues Tagungs- ungd Kongreßhotel errichten. Die Rohbauarbeiten führte die Niederlassung Magdeburg der Philipp Holzmann AG aus. Für ein stützenarmes Erdgeschoß wurde ein statisches System für die Obergeschosse gewählt, welches seine Tragfähigkeit erst nach der Fertigstellung eines ganzen Obergeschosses erreichte. Daraus ergaben sich umfangreiche Abstützungsmaßnahmen im Bauzustand.
