Abstract:	Die Überführung des Mittellandkanals (MLK) über die Leine bei Hannover wurde in den Jahren 1911 bis 1913 im Zuge des Neubaues des MLK errichtet. Mit dem Ausbau des MLK für das 1350 t-Europaschiff wurde eine zusätzliche Kreuzungsanlage als zweite Fahrt erforderlich. Über Planung und Ausführung der stählernen Überbauten des seit 1995 im Bau befindlichen Bauwerkes wird berichtet.
