Abstract:	Am Beispiel eines außergewöhnlichen Bauwerkes werden die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten des modernen Verbundbaus gezeigt. Enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekten und Ingenieuren führte zu einem Tragwerk, daß die ganze Breite der zur Verfügung stehenden Verbundbauteile nutzt und sie als architektonisches Element sichtbar macht. Ein optimiertes Brandschutzkonzept ist dabei wichtig für den Erfolg des Projekts.
