Title:	Der neue Fernbahnhof Flughafen Frankfurt am Main
Abstract:	Die Bahnhofshalle für den viergleisigen ICE-Bahnhof wird auf einer Fläche von ca. 55 m x 700 m in unmittelbarer Nähe des Flughafens errichtet. Das Dach der Bahnhofshalle stellt eine Plattform dar, auf der in einem späteren zweiten Bauabschnitt verschiedene mehrgeschossige Überbauungsvarianten möglich sind, wobei keine zusätzlichen Verstärkungen im Bahnhofsbereich erforderlich sein werden. Das Haupttragwerk der Plattform besteht aus 43 Stahlfachwerkrahmen, die im Abstand von 15 m angeordnet sind. Sie überbrücken mit einer Spannweite von ca. 50 m Gleise und Bahnsteige. Den oberen Abschluß bildet ca. 13 m über den Gleisen eine 30 cm dicke Stahlbetonverbundplatte. Das fertiggestellte Bauwerk wird über seine gesamte Länge fugenlos sein.
