Abstract:	In Rahmen der Bauarbeiten für den Großflughafen Kuala Lumpur wurde auch eine Wartungshalle für Großraumflugzeuge errichtet. Es wird über Planung und Ausführung der Stahlkonstruktion des 200 m x 90 m großen Hangars berichtet. Neben der Darstellung des statischen Gesamtkonzeptes nimmt der Hebevorgang des 2500 t schweren Dachens einen breiten Raum ein. Die Konstruktion wurde am Boden vormontiert und mit Hilfe hydraulischer Hubpressen um 26 m in die endgültige Lage gehoben. Abschließend wird über praktische Erfahrungen während der Arbeiten berichtet.
