Title:	Deponiebau im internationalen Vergleich
Abstract:	Dieser Beitrag basiert auf umfangreicher Literaturrecherche sowie Erfahrungen des Autors und beschreibt den derzeitigen Stand des Deponiebaues am Beispiel ausgewählter Länder und des EU-Entwurfs über Abfalldeponien. Die Elemente des Multibarrierenkonzeptes sowie dessen Anwendung sind auszugsweise für USA, Japan, Deutschland, England, Frankreich, Polen und der EU-Entwurf zusammengestellt. Es sind in Kurzform die geltenden Regeln sowie der Vorschlag der EU-Richtlinie erläutert. Im Anschluß wird das Thema der Altdeponien angesprochen und einige Anregungen gegeben.
