Abstract:	Hochleistungssoftware für Projektmanagement scheint jedes Problem im Bauablauf beherrschbar zu machen. Überfordert ist jedoch der Mensch, wenn er von einem DIN A0 Balkenplan mit 150 Zeilen kapituliert. Um Terminpläne beherrschbar zu machen, wird ein praxiserprobtes, praktikables Gliederungssystem für schlüsselfertige Hochbauten vorgestellt. Zusätzlich werden Hinweise zu Erstellung von Arbeitslisten für Poliere und Tips zum betrieblichen Ablauf der Terminplanerstellung gegeben.
