Abstract:	Die neue Schrägseilbrücke über die Elbe in Aussig hat eine Hauptspannweite von 123,3 m. Form und Neigung des Pylons (Höhe 75 m) sind so gewählt, daß Abspannseile zum Widerlager entfallen konnten. Die Bauausführung mit einem hohen Grad an Vorfertigung und einer schnellen Montage zielte vor allem auf die Einhaltung der Terminvorgaben ab. Wirtschaftlichkeit, Dauerhaftigkeit, Erhaltungsfreundlichkeit und Einbindung in die Landschaft waren die wichtigsten Kriterien für den Entwurf und die Ausführung der Brücke.
