Abstract:	Nachfolgend werden einfache Näherungsformeln zur Bestimmung der maximalen Vertikallast und des horizontalen Schubs von Bögen hergeleitet, mit denen die Tragfähigkeit und die Kräfte auf die stützenden Bauteile bestimmt werden können. Dabei wird von Rissen in den Kämpfern und im Scheitel ausgegangen, was dem typischen Versagensmechanismus entspricht. Die Anwendung wird auch auf den ungerissenen Zustand erweitert.
