Abstract:	Der Gebäudekomplex dient zur Fertigung von Luxuslimousinen vor den Augen der Kunden. Er umfaßt einen Montagebereich, eine Erlebniswelt mit Kunstgalerie, Restaurant und Fahrzeugzylinder und eine Tiefgarage. Das Gebäude gliedert sich in 3 Hauptebenen. Die Höhe des Fahrzeugzylinders beträgt 40 m über der Geländeroberfläche. Die Bodenplatte und Außenwände werden als fugenlose Stahlbetonkonstruktion ausgebildet. Die aufgehende Stahlverbundkonstruktion überspannt die 16 m breiten Fertigungslinien. Den oberen Abschluß der innenliegenden Lichthöfe bildet eine unterspannte Stahlkonstruktion. Die Horizontalaussteifung des Montagebereichs erfolgt über die Ausbildung von sechs vertikalen Stahlkreuzen.
