Abstract:	Im maschinellen Tunnelbau mit einschaligem Ausbau aus Fertigteilen haben sich aus wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gründen weltweit Stahlbeton-Blocktübbinge durchgesetzt. Geschweißte Stahltübbinge und Gußtübbinge spielen nur noch für Sonderkonstruktionen eine bedeutende Rolle. Sonderkonstruktionen in einschaligen Tunnelauskleidungen sind beispielsweise Öffnungen zum Anschluß von Notausstiegen, Rettungs- und Wartungszugänge, Querverbindungen zwischen mehreren Röhren, Pumpensümpfen und Betriebsräumen, die außerhalb der Tunnelröhre liegen, und extrem hoch belastete Tunnelabschnitte.
