Abstract:	Die wirtschaftliche Optimierung von Bauprojekten in der Planung und Ausführung und die angemessene Risikobeherrschung wird bei Bauprojekten mehr denn je zur zentralen Aufgabe. Dazu werden Modelle und Optimierungskonzepte zur Risikoeingrenzung im Rahmen von Wettbewerbs- und Vertragsansätzen erarbeitet und ihre Anwendbarkeit im Rahmen neuer Vertragsformen - Bauteam, GMP und Systemwettbewerb - gezeigt. Für komplexe und große Bauprojekte werden ergänzend Ansätze zu neuen Vertragsmodellen vorgeschlagen.
