Abstract:	Die derzeit im Bau befindliche Autobahn von Erfurt nach Schweinfurt überquert im Bereich des Thüringer Waldes einige tief eingeschnittene Täler, die den Bau von größeren Talbrücken erfordern. Bei diesen Brücken kommen teilweise einteilige Verbundquerschnitte zur Ausführung, die für den Verbundbrückenbau in Deutschland eine innovative Weiterentwicklung darstellen. Am Beispiel der Talbrücke Wilde Gera wird auf einige besondere Aspekte bei der Planung, konstruktiven Ausbildung und Bemessung derartiger Überbauquerschnitte eingegangen.
