| Abstract: | Zum Titelbild Ankunftshalle Bahnhof St. Gallen (CH) - Der Bahnhof St. Gallen ist mit 80000 Bahnreisenden pro Tag der meist frequentierte Bahnhof der Ostschweiz. Im Rahmen der Umgestaltung des Bahnhofplatzes wird der Form der neuen Ankunftshalle besondere Beachtung geschenkt. Der markant platzierte Glaskörper stellt die Verbindung zwischen der Stadt und dem Bahnhof dar und ist nur auf vier Stahlstützen abgestellt. Das neue Wahrzeichen aus Stahl und Glas besticht durch seine Abmessungen von 26 m Länge, 22,5 m Breite und einer Höhe von 14 m. (Foto: Tuchschmid AG) Bericht siehe S. 45 |
