Title:	Schadensursachen an Stahlbetonsilos in den USA.
Abstract:	Es werden Probleme der Siloplanung und -ausführung in den USA besprochen. Sie rühren zum Teil von Unstimmigkeiten in der amerikanischen Silonorm ACI 313-77 her, sind aber auch durch Planungsfehler verursacht, wenn die Forderungen der Norm missachtet werden. Ein Grossteil der Schäden wurde durch Nichtbeachtung von horizonatalen Biegemomenten in den Silowänden verursacht.
