Abstract:	Die vom Planer im Einzelfall zu wählende Fugenkonstruktion und räumliche Anordnung hängt zunächst von den äusseren Randbedingungen ab, wie: Art des Bauteils (Bodenplatte, Wand, Decke), Höhe des Wasserdrucks, Querschnitt und Länge des zu schützenden Bauteils, Einflüsse durch statisch-konstruktive Tragwirkung usw. Neben der ausführlichen Beschreibung konstruktiv sinnvoller und bewährter Ausbildungformen von Arbeits- und Scheinfugen, werden auch Beispiele mangelhaft ausgeführter Fugenkonstruktionen vorgestellt. Hinweise zur Ausschreibung werden ergänzend aufgeführt.
